N-substituted aziridine-2-carboxylic acid derivative (I'), used as a pharmaceutical agent, is prepared from compd. (II) by reacting with amine (III) having formula R-NH2 or by separating M-H from intermediate compd (IV) having, the formula R-NH-CH2CH(M)-CN or R-NH- CH(CN)-CH2-M where: R = tetrahydro pyranyl, cyclopropyl, cyclohexenyl, chloro, methyl thio, C1 - C2 carbalkoxy, phenoxy, C5 - C6 cycloalkyl, phenyl substituted with hydroxy, methyl, methyl thio, or trifluoromethyl,heteroaryl, etc.; Hal1, Hal2 = Cl or Br; L = H; M = Cl, Br, or A - Z gp.; A = O or S; and Z = H or an easily removable gp. with O and S.
