PURPOSE:To acculately detect the weight of food be cooked, and to enable to stabilize a heat-cooking, by providing a switch to a door, and by reading the weight of food, synchronizing the change in the state of a door from open state to closed state. CONSTITUTION:Reading operation in a weighing section is performed by the open/close signal of a door switch. The weight of a food 1 and a food-pan mount 6 is supported by a holder plate 12 by the intermediary of a shaft 11. The holder plate 12 is supported by springs 10. Two capacitor plates 13 are horizontally fitted to the holder plate 12 and a spring anchor plate 15, respectively. The distance between both capacitor plates is chaned by a load given by a food, and the capacity of those plates is changed by the change in the distance between them. The weight of food can be detected by electrically processing the change in the capacity in them. A door switch 14 is provided to a door in order to detect the open/close state of it. The change from open state to closed state of a door 3 is detected by the door switch 14, and at the same time the weight of food to be cooked is also detected. By this method, the weight of food 1 can be detected accurately and stabilizedly. |
