PURPOSE:To eliminate the insufficient gate speed of a molten metal and to prevent the generation of a defective product in multi-stage setting of a molten metal injection speed by controlling arithmetically the acceleration speed from the stroke position where the injection speed is changed and pouring the molten metal at the set injection speed from the prescribed stroke position. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal is first extruded at a low speed V1 and the acceleration is so arithmetically controlled that the set injection speed V3 is attained in the prescribed stroke position S3 from the position S2 where the injection speed changes. The insufficient gate speed of the molten metal is obviated and the generation of the defective product arising therefrom is prevented by controlling the acceleration in the stroke position where the multi- stage injection speed changes. |
