PURPOSE:To attain extension of personal abbreviated dial numbers by only connecting a personal abbreviated dialing device in parallel with a key scan terminal of a key telephone set so as to change the memory size. CONSTITUTION:In storing an abbreviated dial number, when an abbreviated number and a telephone number are pushed in after a registration key 13 is depressed, the entry is stored in a memory 17. In dialing with the abbreviated dial number, after an external line is caught by a key telephone set 1, an abbreviation key 14 is depressed and an abbreviation number is pushed in, a microcomputer 18 reads a telephone number from an area of the memory 17 corresponding to the abbreviation number to close sequentially a cross point switch 16 corresponding to the telephone number as if a dial keyboard 10 were depressed. |
