CONSTITUTION:The vehicular angles of a sewing base 2 or an arm A are detected by a sensor S, and the operation signals of an operating lever 6 are detected by a potentiometer PM. Vehicular stop angles for the slewing base 2, etc., are set up by a setter 7. On the basis of the output of the meter PM, the operative and inoperative conditions of the lever 6 are judged by a judging means 8a. Set value signals, vehicular angle signals, and the output of the means 8a are put in a decision means 8d to decide the turning direction and inoperative condition of the slewing base, etc. To stop the rotation of the slewing base, etc., during the inoperative period, a command signal is sent out from an outgoing means 8e to the operation command value CV of the slewing base, etc. The occurrence of oblivious rotation of the slewing base, etc., by the excavation reaction can thus be prevented.
