PURPOSE:To improve durability and reliability by interposing a frictional plate between first and second output shaft sides to move axially a planetary gear portion with a cam means. CONSTITUTION:A frictional plate 25 is interposed between the first output shaft 21 and the second output shaft 23 side, and in a case 1, connected to a carrier 9 through a cam means 7. A planetary gear 15 is rotatably journalled on a shaft 13 of the carrier 9. Thus, when the differential operation is restricted, the differential function can be displayed in both directions while the durability and reliability can be improved by reducing portions on which an unreasonable bending force acts.
