<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate rebounding by caulking leaf springs with caulking tools having a pitch between centers larger than that between centers of rivets when fixing the other end of the leaf springs whose one ends are fixed to a boss with a rivet to an armature disc with a rivet. CONSTITUTION:Four leaf springs 2 are positioned so that holes 2a of one ends of the springs are coincident with a hole 1a of a boss 1 and a bevel head rivet 5 is inserted, and holes 2b of the other ends of respective leaf springs 2 connected to the boss 1 and a hole 3a of an armature disc 3 and a hole 6a of a collar 6 are coincided, and bevel head rivets 7 are fit in the coincided hole. And under the fitting condition, four bevel head rivets 7 are caulked at the same time by caulking tools 8, 9 to connect the leaf springs 2 and the armature disc. Then each leaf spring is pulled to the outer circumferential direction equally and connected, and rebounding can be prevented.</p> |
