The transmission includes a stationary housing 30 having disposed therein a gearset 28 including sun 32, idler 36, and ring 38 gears. The sun gear 32 includes an input shaft 16 extending therefrom, and the ring gear 38 includes a first output shaft 24 extending therefrom. A bull gear 50 having a second output shaft 26 extending therefrom is also provided and is operatively connected to a pinion gear 48, which pinion gear 48 is fixedly connected to an idler shaft 40 extending from said idler gear 36.
