PURPOSE:To prevent false operations which are generated by change of the wiring resistance by the electro-migration, by a method wherein a reference voltage compensating circuit, which is controlled by an electric voltage detecting circuit and an output signal of said electric voltage detecting circuit, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A desired output signal is outputted from an output terminal OUT by applying the desired signal to an input terminal IN. Hereby, at where the electric current of large electric current density flows, the wiring resistance increase by the electro migration. But, for instance, when the electric potential at the desired node point of a main function part 22 is another value other than the desired value, an output signal is generated from an electric voltage detecting circuit 25. So reference voltage compensating circuit 26 is operated by this output signal, and the reference voltage, which is supplied to the main function part 22 from the circuit 26, is compensated. Though the logic voltage of this node point of the main function part 22 changes from the designed value by increase of resistance, since the logic operation is carried out using this compensated reference voltage which is supplied from the circuit 26, false operation will not happen. |
