<p>PURPOSE:To enable to lessen the forced displacement amount of each piping in a simple structure by a method wherein a rocking prevention coupling body, by which the rocking of the liquid nitrogen containers in the horizontal direction is prevented, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A rocking prevention coupling body consisting of a thin stripped material 14 is disposed in a nearly horizontal direction in the vicinities of ports 15 for piping, whereby vacuum vessels 8 and liquid nitrogen vessels 6 are coupled together. Accordingly, even though an external force in a horizontal direction is applied to the cryostat, the forced displacement amount of each piping 11 can be lessened, since the rocking of the vessels 6 in the horizontal direction and the rocking of the liquid He vessels 8 coupled to the vessles 6 in the horizontal direction, that is, the relative deviation of the vessels 6 to the vessels 8 is suppressed. As a result, bellows, which are needed for stress relaxation, become unnecessary and the structure of the cryostat is simplified.</p> |
