摘要 PURPOSE:To diagnose sufficiently burning condition by a method wherein the stable burning condition of the flame is quantatively determined. CONSTITUTION:A flame is caught by a fiberscope 8 and its flame data, being transformed in an electrical signal by a video camera 9, is taken in the image in-put device 10 and is stored in the memory 12. The flame image data stored in the memory, is taken in the flame image treating device 13, and the volatile component of the flammable zone among the flame structure is extracted by the image treatment. The combustion diagnostic equipment 14 computes the property parameter from the volatile component of flammable zone extracted by the flame image treatment device 13, while the property parameter of the flammable limiting point required for stable burning is previously memoried in the storage unit, and the property parameter of the flammable limiting point is compared with that of the measured flame by the comparison unit. When the property parameter of the measured flame exceeds that of the stable flammable limiting point, then the data of the abnormal factor is referred to by the abnormal factor assessment unit, accordingly assessment of the abnormal factor in the combustion train is made, after that the instruction is transmitted to the combustion control device 17 so as to check the abnormal factor (e) and the alarm message is indicated on CRT display 15.
