<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage of an elastic protective plate by disposing an elastic protective plate at the position of a connecting hole bored through an inner cylinder, and loosely connecting a circular-arc plate spring to the outside of the protective plate. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of a liquid is lowered, a connecting hole 21 of a cylinder 14 is completely covered by an elastic protective plate 22. When the liquid pressure in the inner cylinder 14 is increased, and becomes larger than the atmospheric pressure in a gas chamber 27, the liquid pushes up the elastic protective plate 22 and a plate spring 25 to separate the elastic protective plate 22 from the inner cylinder 14, and expand an elastic diaphragm 15. Though at this time, a portion 22d just above the connecting hole 21 of the elastic protective plate 22 is about to deform due to large fluid pressure, the elastic protective plate 22 adheres closely to the plate spring 25 to produce large reaction force, whereby the portion is kept from being deformed largely.</p> |
