<p>PURPOSE:To reprocess the work rejected at a transfer line as well as to feed the transfer line with the repaired work again, by installing a repair line for defective works so as to make up a closed loop together with the transfer line. CONSTITUTION:A first control part 7 judges that delivery is now demanded if there is no pallet on any of lines with each signal out of pallet detecting parts 5a-5e at each front end of inspection lines 3a-3e. And, when there is a pallet at the rear end of a repair line 3f and the destination of this pallet is indicated by a destination indicating switch 8, the control part 7 drives a self-propelled car 11a, receiving a work from the repair line 3f together with the pallet, and conveys it to the inspection line demanded. In addition, the control part 9 controls a self-propelled car 11b through each detection signal out of pallet detection parts 6a-6e and each of quality indicating switches 10a-10e, and it conveys a good one to a packing window 14 together with the pallet while all rejects to the repair line 3f, respectively.</p> |
