<p>The method and device relate to the application of solid suspensins capable of being fired on ceramic or glass substrates by projection of liquid reduced into droplets and containing a solid material. According to the method, the projection apparatus and the substrate to be coated are moveable with respect to each other. The motion of the projection apparatus or of the substrate as well as the intensity of the projection are controlled by an appropriate device. The relative motions are executed preferably by a manual apparatus. The fractioning of the solid suspension into droplets is obtained either by piezoelectric effect by means of a plate or by opening and closing a valve arranged at a small distance. The droplets are either directly projected from a nozzle onto the substrate or directed by means of an electrostatic charge between the deviation plates so arranged that the droplets reach the substrate.</p> |
