PURPOSE:To disuse the mechanical cushioning mechanism with a cushion pin and to elevate a die arranging and safety by installing an elastic member between the following holder and lower die in the drawing die with the blank holder which is pushed down with the opposing contact to the upper die around the lower die. CONSTITUTION:An elastic member 12 energizing the lifting of a holder 3 is installed between the blank holder 3 which is around the lower die 1 corresponding to a upper die 2 and a base plate 8. The member 12 may be a rubber spring as shown at the left side of the figure or coil spring as shown at the right side of the figure. The holder 3 is thus pushed upto the lifting end by the member 12 when the upper die 2 is located at the lifting end. Also when a work is delivered on the holder 3 with such condition and the upper die 2 is descended, the work is pinched by the upper die 2 and holder 3 with the opposite contact of the upper die 2 with the holder 3 and with the descending motion of the upper die 2 the holder 3 is descended. The cushion function is performed at this time with the member 12 being compressed. |
