PRODUCTION OF HEAT EXCHANGER WITH PLATE FIN

PURPOSE:To disuse a fin positioning tool and to simplify the manufacturing device by facilitating the simultaneous performance of the positioning stage on the pipe of a fin and the expanding stage of pipe. CONSTITUTION:It consists of the 1st stage inserting a fin group 16 into a pipe 12, the 2nd stage flaring the tip of the pipe 12 where the fin group 16 is inserted with a flaring work device 25 and the 3rd stage positioning with distributing each fin to the prescribed position of the pipe 12 and further performing a temporary stop and pipe expanding. A pipe expanding device 26 is arranged at the front of 3rd stage and air blowing device 27 and bender 28 are arranged in order on the side part of the pipe expanding device 26. Now a piece of fin is located at the prescribed position on the pipe 12 and simultaneously the pipe 12 is expanded.
