PURPOSE:To prevent an irregular thickness or a bridge by spraying air to remove powder paint locally accumulated after coating powder paint on a coil end. CONSTITUTION:After a coil end 2 is removed from powder paint, air is sprayed from air nozzles 115, 116 to the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the end 2. Thus, locally accumulated powder paint is blown off by the air, and removed, so that, when thermally cured in a heating furnace, no irregular thickness nor bridge is produced in a resin insulating layer. Since the air is sprayed in a fluid dipping tank 11, the blown powder paint is recovered in a vessel 11 as it is. Accordingly, special recovering work is not required. |
