<p>A foil wrapping machine serves to wrap a pallet package (1) or a similar object with foil from a web (2). A vertical support column (3) is equipped with a vertical lifting carriage (13) which, by means of a lifting drive (15) can be moved vertically. The lifting carriage (13) carries a slide guide ring (21), on which a drivable wrapping slide (25) can move. A foil supply roll (28) is supported in the wrapping slide (25). The slide guide ring (21) can be oriented back and forth between at least two working positions, so that during the wrapping of a pallet package (1) the next pallet package to be wrapped can already be prepared.</p> |
