PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization and wt. reduction of the titled taseometer and to make it possible to easily and accurately detect friction force, by providing a disc shaped friction plate comprising the same material as a measuring wall surface and providing a sensor part having a diaphragm not displaced by vertical force. CONSTITUTION:A friction stress-meter is constituted of a disc shaped friction plate 12 having a friction surface 12a comprising the same material as a wall surface of which the friction force must be measured, two force receiving plates 13, 15, columnar elastic plates 16-19, a sensor part 28 crossing the friction surface 12a at right angles and having a diaphragm 28a provided with a strain gauge 30, a fixing plate 21 and a mount substrate 45. When non-uniform vertical force is loaded to the friction surface 12a, even if the force receiving plate 13 is inclined by eccentric load, the second force receiving plate 15 does not receive the effect thereof and the diaphragm 28a detects only the friction forces in left and right directions. By this method, the friction force generated on the wall surface to be measured is detected easily and accurately without receiving the effect due to the vertical force and constitution can be miniaturized and reduced in its wt. |
