PURPOSE:To utilize solar heat efficiently, and to recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas of an engine without giving an influence such as soiling or attacking on other arrangements thereby improving the coefficient of performance of a system with the apparatus considered as a whole, by arranging a evaporator in a heat accumulating space that utilizes solar heat, and leading the exhaust gas of the engine into an exhaust gas passing chamber that is formed in such a way that the heat of the exhaust gas is exchanged with that of the heat accumulating chamber. CONSTITUTION:When an engine 1 is started to drive a compressor 2, a refrigerant is circulated to recover efficiently the solar heat collected in a heat accumulating space 18 by an evaporator 5. Further, the waste heat of the exhaust gas of the engine 1 is recovered by an exhaust gas heat exchanger 7, and the exhaust gas flows through the exhaust duct 20 and is led into an exhaust gas flowing chamber 19, where the unrecovered waste heat is transmitted via a partition 17 to the heat accumulating chamber 18 to be recovered by the evaporator 5. |
