PURPOSE:To prevent flow-in of liquid coolant to a compressor by providing a heating means heating a drive body made of a shape memory alloy to the transformation temperature or more. CONSTITUTION:A drive body 17 made of a shape memory alloy and varying area of flow path of coolant according to the shape change is provided in a seal vessel 6. And a heating means 9 heating the drive body 17 is provided. By this construction, when liquid coolant is flowed in the seal vessel 6, the drive body 17 is cooled by the liquid coolant to be deformed. The area of the flow path of coolant is reduced to prevent returning of the liquid coolant to a compressor. |
