摘要

PURPOSE:To increase leakage resistant property and low temperature performance by specifying a mixing ratio of NaOH electrolyte and KOH electrolyte contained in each of a cathode mix and an anode mix. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of 30-90wt% of 10-35wt% KOH and 70-10wt% of 10-35wt% NaOH is contained in a cathode mix 2 placed in a cathode can 1. The mixture of 55-95wt% of 25-40wt% NaOH and 45-5wt% of 25-40wt% KOH are contained in an anode mix 7 placed in an anode terminal plate 4. The cathode mix 2 and the anode mix 7 are faced through a separator 3 to form a button type alkaline battery. Increased leakage resistant property brought by NaOH electrolyte and good low temperature performance brought by KOH electrolyte are given to a battery.
