A device for the securing of fixtures - for example in a boat, caravan etc. The device involves a primary fastening unit (1), which is designed, via a suitable means (2, 3), to be connected to a surface (4) on the boat, caravan etc, and preferably at least one other fastening unit (1), which is at a distance from the primary fastening unit, where the respective fastening units have a fastening agent (5) so that the aforementioned fixtures can be secured.The fastening agent 5 referred to is designed in the form of a series of recesses (8) with fittings (9, 10), which are designed to compliment those in the fastening unit 1 and thereby kept in place.
