<p>The compounds according to the invention correspond to the general formula: R1-Phe-R2-Sta-R3-Sta-R4 (I) in which statyl (Sta) is used to denote the radical derived from the amino acid statine, namely: <IMAGE> 3S,4S isomer - R1 denotes a protective group for the amine functional group, such as an alkanoyl group and in particular the isovaleryl group, a phenylalkanoyl group, an aroyl group, an arylsulphonyl group, an arylalkylsulphonyl group or else a t-butoxycarbonyl (BOC) or benzyloxycarbonyl (Z) or adamantyloxycarbonyl (Adoc) group; - R2 denotes the radical derived from an amino acid chosen from leucine, norleucine, histidine and norvaline. - R3 denotes the radical derived from an amino acid chosen from alanine, leucine and isoleucine. - R4 is an amino group.e</p> |
