PURPOSE:To cool whole surface without an occurrence of bouncing by keeping a distance at more than divided length the distance between a divided shear, located at the down stream of a finishing mill in serial and a cooling device and providing a rotating and running device at the front or rear side of the cooling device. CONSTITUTION:A dividing shear 10 to cut a wire rod 1 of a wire rod, steel bar and the like on the outside of a finishing mill 9 is provided, and at the down stream side of the dividing shear 10 cooling devices 3, 3... are located, keeping the distance, longer than that of the deviced length. Further, in the front of the cooling devices 3, 3..., a pinch roll 11 is provided against an upper roll 11a and bottom roll 11b, which rotates and runs the wire rod 1. |
