PURPOSE:To simplify a construction of a wheel machine by combining a spring winding axis or another axis rotationally joined to the winding axis with a pulley through a spring clutch, and controlling a revolving area of the pulley with a fixed member as well as releasing the spring clutch at the starting position of the pulley. CONSTITUTION:A coil spring 9 forming a spring clutch is tightly wound around a driving shaft part 10c and a driven shaft 7a as a pulley 10 revolves in the direction of winding a spring. The shaft is revolved by a spring winding axis 3 unified with the pulley 10 to wind up the spring. And the pulley 10 returns to the starting position by a returning spring 12 when the tensile power of a pulling string 11 is released at the final position where an engaging member 10h abuts to the regulated projection 8d of a fixed member 8. Then, the coil spring 9 is loosened and the clutch action is removed. In this way, the spring is gradually wound up by some revolutions of the pulley 10 between the starting and the final positions. |
