<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an air cleaner from sucking up water even in time of driving at a watery region or on a raining road, by installing a water-repellent member, preventing water absorption, in an intake system of the air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:A cover 5, serving as a water-repellent material, is attached to the tip of a cleaner intake part 3 of an air cleaner 2. This cover 5 is made up of soft synthetic resin of natural, synthetic rubber, vinyl chloride, etc., and it is provided with a bag part 5a surrounding a suction port 4 at the tip of the cleaner intake part 3, while the lower side 5b is extended and this extension part 5c is placed along a lower surface of the intake part 3.</p> |
