<p>PURPOSE:To enable copied paper stacked in the lower sort pin to be easily taken out by installing a holding device which allows each of sort pins to be held temporarily at an angle of steeper inclination than the original one for stacking copied paper. CONSTITUTION:To take out copied paper which is forwarded into the lower sort pin 52, the uper sort pin 51 is allowed to be swung up by a hand from the dotted line to the full line in the figure where a start gear 8 on a shaft 7 which is projected from the tip of the sort pin 51 is rotated while it presses the angle section of an elastic stopper 9 installed on a support plate 6. With the hand off from the sort pin 52 at the full line, the elastic stopper 9 is deformed back to the original position allowing the start gear 8 to engage with the angle section of the stopper 9. This allows the sort pin 51 to be held at a desired angle of inclination permitting a space between the adjacent sort pins 51 and 52 to become larger. This enables copied paper stacked in the lower sort pin 52 to be easily taken out.</p> |
