PURPOSE:To display the preheating condition within the roaster at a display part by providing on the front of the roaster a display part which reversibly displays a predetermined temperature by detecting the temperature on the front surface of the roaster. CONSTITUTION:The main part of a grille door 5 is made up of a heat-resisting light permeable material such as glass or the like, and the side of the lower inside of the roaster is cut out over the entire surface. A display part 7 made up of moldings of reversible temperature discoloring substances such as metal complexes of Co, Ag and the like, coloring organic compounds and the like, and materials in plate states impregnated or applied in or to heat resisting materials in the form of cloth, foil and plate, is inserted into the cutout portion. The grille door 5 is formed into a sandwich shape by a keep plate 8 consisting of a heat resisting, light permeable member, and is held by a grille door frame body 9. During the use of the grille, when the ignition operation is carried out, the temperature within the roaster rises up, and the temperature of the display mart rises up by the heat radiation through the keep plate 8, and the display part is discolored at the set temperature to report the conditions within the roaster. Accordingly, at this time point, when fish and food-stuff to be cooked are placed in the roaster and cooking is carried out, the roaster can be used under an optimum condition for cooking operation. |
