PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a number of external extension terminals by extending, as required, a signal conductor among those connected to the corresponding electrodes within the divided groups to the eternal extension terminals of a hybrid integrated circuit device. CONSTITUTION:An external extension terminal 12 extended from the electrode 2 on the first semiconductor devices A, C is connected, with bonding wire, TAB lead, etc., to the electrodes 2 on the second semiconductor devices B, D through terminal 11 seperately formed for each semiconductor. Moreover, the external extension terminal 16 extended from the electrode 6 on the devices B, D is connected also, with bonding wire, tab lead, etc., to the electrode 6 on the adjacent devices A, C through the terminal 11. Employment of this connecting method requiers use of a single external extension terminal corresponding to the electrode 2 and electrode 6 of semiconductor device in the group formed in the devices A and C or devices A and D. As a result, conductor width of external extension terminal can be formed wider. |
