<p>The invention relates to a device for biological cleaning of aquarium water, consisting of a rotating immersion percolating body preferably formed from a disc roller. Such a device can be arranged in a separate container above an aquarium or inside the same. It is essential in this device that, to drive the immersion percolating body (2), a drive wheel (1) is provided which is connected directly or via a toothed-wheel gear to the roll shaft of the immersion percolating body (2) and is operated by means of pumped aquarium water.
