PURPOSE:To remove color staggering when three-color overlapping transcribe recording is executed by pressing down a backward direction of an image receiving sheet in contact under pressure to a drum with a thermal head by means of a pressing-down roller. CONSTITUTION:When ink of a color transcribe sheet 4 is transcribed and recorded in an image receiving sheet 11, the backward direction of the image receiving sheet 11 in contact under pressure with a thermal head 15 is always pressed down to a drum 13 with a pressing-down roller 19' until recording and transcribing of respective colors are completed. Due to a thermal distribution of the head 15, non-uniformity of a shaft direction for the drum 13 of an ink quantity transcribed with the head 15 and non-uniformity for a shaft direction of pressing- down force for the drum 13 of the head 15, etc., a position for a shaft direction of the drum 13 of the image receiving sheet 11 to the drum 13 is not stable. Consequently, even when three colors are successively transcribed, color is not staggered in the shaft direction of the drum 13 and a good picture quality can be obtained. |
