PURPOSE:To reduce the size and to simplify a speed signal generator of a sewing machine side by correcting a speed set signal according to the outputs of speed signal generators provided at the machine and a motor. CONSTITUTION:The first speed signal generator 11 is provided in a sewing machine 10, and the second speed signal generator 16 is provided in a motor 17. Correcting means obtain the ratio of the speed of the motor to that of the machine, multiplies the result by the speed set signals to output a speed correction signal. Speed control means controls the motor 17 on the basis of the speed set signal from a speed setter, the speed signal from the second generator and a speed correction signal from the correcting means. Thus, the generator of the machine side can be reduced in size and simplified. |
