<p>PURPOSE:A cell cultivation bed, obtained by forming the surface from a solubilized crosslinked fibroin, and having a great multiplication property for adhesion-dependent cells. CONSTITUTION:A cell cultivation bed obtained by converting solubilized fibroin which is a protein, derived from baves, and extracted from the baves by the chemical solubilizing treatment into a crosslinked material by using a physical or chemical means to form the bad. The crosslinked cell cultivation bed is washed with a buffer solution of about 7pH, preferably 10-100mM sodium phosphate of about 7pH and water, sterilized with low-pressure mercury lamps for 1-2hr by irradiation with ultraviolet light and then used for cultivating various cells.</p> |
