<p>PURPOSE:To enable correct impositioning of a coil spring by providing a means for determining the position of engaging claws engaging the coil spring automatically when plural coil springs are prepared. CONSTITUTION:As a driving means, a motor 13 opening and closing arms 7, 8, a motor 20 moving an engaging claw 17 in the vertical direction and a hydraulic cylinder 9 moving a movable table 4 in the vertical direction are prepared. An encoder 10 detects moving amount of the movable table 4 and an encoder 21 detects moving amount of the engaging claw 17. The moving amount of the movable table 4 and engaging claws 17, 18 is different according to the kind of a coil spring 3. But the hydraulic cylinder 9 and the motor 20 are driven by the output signal of encoders 10, 21, then the coil spring is engaged by engaging claws 17, 18 regardless of the kind, and compressed correctly to the vertical direction.</p> |
