A trailer control valve for dual-circuit dual-line air brake systems of motor vehicles is proposed, which is provided with two opposing relay pistons (24 and 23), by means of which a double seat valve (27, 33, 34) can be actuated in order to operate the trailer brake. Between two piston parts (25 and 26) of the relay piston (23) carrying the inlet valve seat (27) is a partition wall (49), which is movable in order to allow rapid, complete and unimpeded reversal of the trailer control valve despite pressure differences between the supply pressure of the tractor service brake and the spring-loaded control circuit III. <IMAGE>
