The patent application relates to devices of the type mentioned, in which, suspended from the force infeed of a dynamometer system, there is a body having a weight which is greater than the weight of the various fluids to be displaced thereby. According to the invention provision is made for the thickness of the body to be small in relation to the height of the container and for the body to be attached to a recording device in a liftable and lowerable manner, and for the recording device to be fastened to the force infeed of a dynamometer cell. This has the significant advantage of providing for the abovementioned purpose a device with which the filling levels of various liquid in a container can be determined with great accuracy in an operationally safe manner.
