<p>PURPOSE:To prevent water content and corrosive ions from intruding into the hollow cap by a method wherein the EPROM chip part is covered with the ultraviolet transmitting hollow cap and a resin is filled in the interior of the hollow cap. CONSTITUTION:The interior of a hollow cap 7 is sealed by filling with two kinds of resins, a first ultraviolet transmitting silicone resin 9a and a second silicone resin 9b. By this way, water content, corrosive ions and so forth are prevented from intruding into the hollow cap 7 through the resin bonding part between an insulative substrate 1 and the hollow cap 7 and the insulative substrate 1 itself.</p> |
