PURPOSE:To compress rewrite data and to reduce a write time by storing a CH code table to a ROM in advance in a terminal device, extracting only an arrangement number from the code table and rewriting in on a RAM. CONSTITUTION:A 7-bit code No. and a PLL data table are reserved in a ROM8 as shown in a figure (a), for example. When the system of CH arrangement as shown in a figure (b) exists, the start of consecutive CH and an end code only are modulated from the transmission side and fed to a terminal device and if the CH is discontinuous, a code is written in 8 bits and the MSB is set with logical 1, then 1CH/1byte expression is attained. Thus, when a channel is selected at the terminal device, it is converted into a normal code from the RAM table, the CH data is obtained from the table in the ROM and the converter 1 is turned to a desired CH. |
