PURPOSE:To realize operations of detecting and alarming any object within a variable direction with a simple construction, by turning a reflection mirror in linkage with a rotor to vary the direction thereof to light projecting/receiving axis thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a driving source 10 is driven, a rotor 3 is rotated, for example, in the direction of the arrow L on the shaft L3, reflection mirrors 4 and 5, optical lenses 6 and 7 and a position detecting material 13 provided on the rotor 3 also turns in the same direction on the shaft L3. As the rotor 3 rotates, the plane containing a projection axis L1' and a light receiving shaft L2' turns on the shaft L3 and the direction determined by the two shafts L1' and L2' varies. As the direction determined by the projection and light receiving shafts L1' and L2' becomes as shown by the arrow Y, any object as shown in the drawing A can be detected. |
