PURPOSE:To see variation of a circuit on operating condition and to adjust the circuit speedily over a wide adjustment range to the best condition by sticking conductive paste from between patterns on a substrate and outer peripheries of the patterns to the substrate, and adjusting the circuit. CONSTITUTION:Characteristics are confirmed while placing a metallic piece between an auxiliary pattern 3a and a main pattern 3 of a film circuit pattern on ceramic substrates 1 and 2 whose patterns are not connected with each other, and when the characteristics are effective, the metallic piece is replaced with conductive paste 7. Similarly, paste 7 is stuck between the pattern 3 and auxiliary pattern 3b, parts 8 and 8 where the pattern 3 is extended out, and between a main pattern 4 and auxiliary patterns 4a and 4b. |
