PURPOSE:To reduce vibrations of a car by setting the mass of the counterweight of a crank shaft and the rotating radius and phase angle of the position of the center of gravity so that the primary unbalanced force of a car engine is unbalanced in the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:An engine B is mounted on the frame 3 of a light four-wheel truck at a directly front position of rear wheels 2. The engine B has a piston 8 inserted into a cylinder block and a crank shaft 9 rotatably supported on a cylinder block 7 connected together with a connecting rod 10, and the crank shaft 9 is rotated via the reciprocating motion of the piston 8. A counterweight 11 is molded in one body with the crank shaft 9, and the primary unbalanced force generated by the engine B is set to be unbalanced in the horizontal direction via this counterweight 11. |
