TAKEUP DEVICE FOR DUST REMOVER

PURPOSE:To permit takeup actions of a takeup device for dust remover with small labor by regulating the spindle of the takeup device of a chain for a dust remover by a motor with a torque limitter through a gear. CONSTITUTION:A housing 19 pivotally attached with the upper sprocket wheel of a chain for driving a rake is provided through spindles 18 and 18' to the dust remover frame and connected to a motor 53 with a torque limitter through bevel gear boxes 51 and 51' and a worm gear box 52. The motor 53 is driven to raise the spindles 18 and 18' and the housing 19 through the boxes 51 and 51', and the tension of the chain is regulated by the torque limitter in the motor 53.
