PURPOSE:To produce a fish paste product having a heterogeneous cross section continuously and stably with saved labor, by mixing two or more kinds of raw material pastes at a low homogeneity degree in a static mixer. CONSTITUTION:A static mixer constituted of two series of paste pressure feeding means consisting of a hopper 1 and metering pump 2, an inlet part 3 consisting of double pipe and a mixing pipe part 4 containing a static element and a molding pipe part 5, e.g. Sulzer mixer manufactured by Sulzer Brothers Ltd. is used. Thus, (A) a raw material paste for the fish paste product capable of being a gel by heating and (B) another heat coagulable paste or an individual material different from the above-mentioned component (A) are respectively injected from the inlet pipe part 3 by the respective pressure feeding means, preferably the component (B) is fed on the central side, mixed at a low homogeneity degree, and the resultant molded article is then gelatinized under heating to give the aimed fish paste product. |
