An arrangement for the electromagnetic screening of electronic apparatuses or racks having slide-in units. A cap consisting of metallic material is placed over the apparatuses or racks. The apparatuses or racks are placed on a base plate which makes contact with the screen. The screen of all the screened leads makes electrically conductive contact with the enveloping screen.
