In the case of an energy supply chain consisting of plastic for holding cables, hoses or the like, in the case of which chain links having bent side walls and transverse webs connecting said side walls are used, two pairs of stops are provided in each pair of side walls which are connected to one another in an articulated manner, which pairs of stops are in each case located on both sides of the hinge pin, in order to relieve the stress on said hinge pin, and reliably absorb the torques which occur in both limit positions.
