A cable bushing, especially for underground mining, having an input connecting piece (2) which can be attached to the housing wall (1) of an electrical apparatus, and having an insertion part (3) which can be inserted in a sealing manner into the input connecting piece (2), in the case of which bushing possibly the input connecting piece (2) is provided with openings (7) for the insertion of a withdrawal protection bracket (8), and the insertion part (3) is provided in its central region with a locking groove (9) or the like, the openings (7) and the locking groove (9) are aligned with one another when the insertion part (3) is inserted, and the withdrawal protection bracket (8) can thus be engaged with the locking groove (9), can be optimised in terms of function and handling in that the input connecting piece (2) has at least one groove (10) and/or tongue on a bearing surface which is allocated to the insertion part (3), and the insertion part (3) has at least one corresponding tongue (11) and/or groove on a bearing surface which is allocated to the input connecting piece (2), and in that the corresponding grooves (10) and tongues (11) engage with one another when the insertion part (3) is inserted, so that the insertion part (3) cannot rotate with respect to the input connecting piece (2). It is furthermore expedient if the withdrawal protection bracket (8) can be attached to the input connecting piece (2) in two positions (I, II) which are offset through 180 DEG with respect to one another, and if a twisting protection tab (14) or twisting protection recess of the withdrawal protection bracket (8) [lacuna] in the one position (I) ...
