PURPOSE:To facilitate control through which a compression spring device is brought to a condition in that an expansion force is always produced, by a method wherein, after the compression spring device is attached in a most expanded state between a reference member and a moving member, a mechanism, serving to compress the spring device, is mounted to a coupling part. CONSTITUTION:A compression spring device 14 is located between a reference member 3 and a moving member 4 by means of coupling tools 16 and 17 so that an expansion force is always produced. Meanwhile, the coupling tool 17 has a base frame 25, locked to the one of upper members, a moving piece 32, disposed in a moving passage formed in the base frame 25, and a control bolt 38 mounted to the base frame 25 adapted to move the moving piece 32, and the moving piece 32 is attached to a body 18 or a push lever 22 of the compression spring device 14. After the compression spring device 14 is located in a most expanded state between the reference member 3 and the moving member 4, an expansion force is exerted on the compression spring device 14 through movement of the moving piece 32 of the coupling part 17. |
