PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative tape having a desired shape, by bending the tape delivered from a tape delivery machine into a desired shape and supplying the bent tape to an extrusion molding machine to laminate a resin layer to said tape. CONSTITUTION:The decorative tape 3 delivered from a tape delivery machine is supplied to a tape bending machine 7 to be bent into a desired shape and the bent tape is supplied to an extrusion molding machine 1 where a transparent resin layer 5 is laminated to the front surface of the bent tape and a base layer 4 to the back surface thereof. As the extrusion molding machine 1, two sets are used or a double extrusion type plastic extrusion molding machine is employed.
