Fibre sheets for manufacturing reinforced plastic films, tiles and the like ideally have a low weight combined with uniform fibre distribution, i.e. a minimum of incompletely dispersed or tangled fibre bundles. The continuous, inorganic fibre sheet with uniform fibre formation/dispersion contains for this purpose inorganic fibres, in particular glass fibres, having a length of at least 0.63 cm, and up to 15% by weight of a binder, and has a basis weight of 5 to 30 g/m<2> and fewer than 10 incompletely dispersed or tangled fibre bundles per 9.3 m<2>. The fibre distribution is essentially free of clouding fibre density fluctuations. |
